This morning (approx. 06:34AM UTC) Cloudflare, one of our upstream providers had an incident that caused part of their network infrastructure to become unavailable. They are reporting that the issues is solved: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/xvs51y9qs9dj

Cloudflare helps protect our server infrastructure against brute-force attacks, bots and hacking attempts by sitting in-between the internet and our servers and filtering the malicious traffic out this outage will have caused some networks to be unable to connect to our services.

As Cloudflare is one of the biggest networks operating on the Internet, serving about a 1/10 of all internet traffic, you will likely have experienced the outage on many other websites as well.
